If you wish to exchange your piece, please contact info@karisser.com, indicating your name, order number and reason for exchange. Also mention the piece you want to exchange as well as the item you want in exchange. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges can be made as long as the item is new, without any kind of use mark and with the packaging where it was sent.
Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
We work hard to give you the best experience possible, however, if there is something wrong with your jewelry, some defect or anything you can email us at info@karisser.com and we will solve the situation.
Just tell us your name, order number and leave us fotos of the defective item. Choose to receive the value of the item to spend in the store or to receive your money back.
In this case the shipping costs for will be assumed by us after receiving the item. When your order arrives we will start the process that may take up to 5 business days. If the item has usage marks we will not be able to refund it to you.
Remember that the refund may take 1 to 3 business days to get to you.

OUR JEWELRY
Our products are made of high quality 316L surgical steel know as the most hypoallergenic metal on the market. Then they are coated using a high quality PVD process (Physical Vapour Deposition), it is a process carried out in high vacuum at temperatures between 150 and 500 °C that is 10x more resistant than traditional coating methods.
This makes our jewelry waterproff, hypoallergenic, environmentally friendly, pratical and stronger. Use them in your day to day without worries. The color doesn't fade.
WILL KARISSER JEWELRY TURN MY SKIN GREEN?
No, your skin will not turn green with our jewelry.
At karisser we use the best stainless steel, a material that does not rust and does not turn your skin green. The coating we use just make our jewelry even more resistant so that it lasts 10x longer than normal steel jewelry.
ARE YOUR JEWELRY HYPOALLERGENIC?
Yes, our jewelry is hypoallergenic as it is made of high quality surgical steel know as the most hypoallergenic metal on the market.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN KARISSER JEWELRY?
If you need to clean your jewelry you can do so using water, soap and a soft sponge.
HOW CAN I FIND MY RING SIZE?
If already have a ring that fits your desired finger, you only have to measure the inside diameter of that ring.
Then, see the results:
If the ring measure:
- 16mm of diameter - Your size is a 6;
- 17mm of diameter - Your size is a 7;
- 18 mm of diameter - Your size is a 8.
In case you don't have a ring that perfectly fits your desired finger you can always use a string.
- Take a string and wrap it around your finger.
- Mark where the string first overlaps with a pen;
- Measure the lenght of the string.
If the lenght of the string is:
- 56mm - your size is a 6;
- 57mm - your size is a 7;
- 58mm - your size is a 8.

SUSTAINABILITY
One of Karisser's main concerns has always been to improve towards more sustainable production, environmentally friendly, recyclable, more durable and resistant materials in order to reduce waste. That's why our jewelry is produced with the highest quality 316l surgical steel, a 100% recyclable material. The PVD coating we use doesn't release any substance into the atmosphere and there are no chemical washes in the process.
Besides that we use a water recycling system that is environmentally safe.
Our packaging is free from plastic and we thought not to be packages that go directly to the trash, but packages that can be used in your day to day life, for example, to store your jewelry. Every day we actively seek to improve our actions to protect our home.
SHIPPING
Worldwide Free Shipping.
After placing your order, make sure you receive an email confirming your order at the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
You will receive another email afterwards to confirm the shipping of your items by Registered Mail, which will also indicate the tracking number of the order, which you can check whenever you want.
Your order should be delivered within the following timeframe:
- Portugal: 1 to 3 working days
- Rest of the world: about 5 days
Please note that this process may be delayed in busy or festive seasons.
In the event that the delivery is not achieved by CTT, a post notice will be placed and the order will wait at the local CTT post closest to the delivery residence.
Karisser works according to the Portuguese calendar, so when ordering please consider that it will not be possible to ship during weekends and holidays.
KARRISSER cannot be responsible for any customs fees or delays in delivery.
